Technical Sales Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Industrial Air Compressors across multiple districts in Bihar. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B industrial sales and will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, managing the entire sales cycle, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Customers will include a wide range of industries including manufacturing units, food processing, packaging, textile, automotive workshops, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned districts.
Meet with potential clients to understand their compressed air system requirements.
Generate and follow up on leads through cold calls, visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
Promote the company’s range of air compressors and related solutions.
Provide technical consultation and prepare quotes as per customer requirements.
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Maintain accurate sales records, visit reports, and customer databases.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction post-installation.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
